Hi There, I Get Sometimes Like Bread Smell In The

Hi there, I get sometimes like bread smell in the office and sometimes at home but no one is baking bread nearby. Does this mean something is wrong with my smell sense? I also hear a share sound sometimes too when I ask someone next to me they don't hear anything. What does these mean is something wrong with my health that I should worry about please help.
