Hi There, I Got T/C PTB Result On My Pre-employment

Hi there, I got T/C PTB result on my pre-employment medical exam recently and was adviced to have Pulmonology Clearance. I had a TB and cured already when I was a child, the question is would it be possible that it came back again or is it just a scar on my lung and be able to get clearance easily without the hassle of paying for another tests?
