I had Bell's palsy around 4 years ago. This was when this swollen type of lump formed just behind my left jaw bone underneath my earlobe. It doesn't hurt unless pressed, but it also can move a bit. My face is not 100% recovered from the Bell's palsy, and this lump is still here. Is there any connection, and can something be done if there is?
