Hi There, I Had Gallbladder Surgery 4 Years Ago Laparoscopically

Hi there, I had gallbladder surgery 4 years ago laparoscopically and still have discomfort in the upper rh chest are in and around the incision points. Am i likely dealing with a hernia issue. I do not have any thing protruding, but when I take a deep breath it takes my breath away when the lung is fully expanded?
