Hi There, I Had Hernia Surgery, Upper Abdominal, Yrs Stop

Hi there, I had hernia surgery, upper abdominal, yrs stop has sex almost immediately after and noticed one side of my clitoris (l) underside ^on thetip of the ^bottom always starts to hurt. It feels scratched and always seems to be the side that pops out first or sticks out further and gets irritated making orgasm next to impossible with only half a clitoris to work with. Do I need surgery to tuck that tiny bit in because it is ruining my sex life and marriage.
