Hi There I Had Protected Sex But With Open Mouth

Hi there
I had protected sex but with open mouth kissing 10 months ago , I had 2 weeks after incidence fever and sore throat . 3 months post exposure I had some neurological symptoms (tingling in hands and foot) I did combo test of antibodies and p24 at 5.5 months and it was negative , I did again antibodies blood test for HIV1 and 2 at 9.5 months they all came back negative , knowing that I have a strong immune system and rarely I take antibiotics in my life and leave my body to handle itself previously when I have any sort of common cold or infection ..
Do I need to worry or the results and tests I did are enough and conclusive ?
