Hi There, I Had Sex With My Boyfriend Last Night

Hi there, I had sex with my boyfriend last night and we noticed that I was bleeding a little bit from my vagina. It was a very small amount and the blood was thin but I don't know why. I hadn't had any activity for a while so I don't know if it was because I was tight and my skin tore a little. It hasn't happened before. Any advice?
