Hi There.. I Had Sex With My Girlfriend The Other

Hi there..
I had sex with my girlfriend the other night and we've been together for 4 months.. All had the clear.. But my girlfriend has spotting during sex and I've appeared to get blister between my genitals and penis.. I had sex most the time and then dont wash after sex and go to work.. Could it be a cause of bacteria or anything like that?
