Hi There I Hate To Ask, But Last Week Or

Hi there I hate to ask, but last week or maybe even a 1/2 week ago I took 10 Valium 10 in one day I know that's way to many but I have quite a Tolerance for Xanax and was admitting myself into treatment but in l bow they have a drug screen coming up and they are expecting me to be clean how long will those stay I haven't had Valium for years before that night and bone since. And is there anything I can do to help get them out faster
