Hi There. I Have A 11 Months Old Baby Who

Hi there. I have a 11 months old baby who doesn't have appetite to eat food. besides she refuses to take bottle during waking state and I just feed her during sleeping. could you please help me to stimulate her appetite. she is 1 kilo underweight.
