I have a bumpy appearing "rash" on my under-forearms - where there are no hair follicles. The bumps are skin color. They cannot be felt. And they can't even be seen at every angle. If my arm is flat, I cannot even see them. But if I raise my arm (as if to look at palm of hand), then I can see dozens.
I have not changed lotions or clothing detergent.
What could this be?
