Hi there,
I have a cough at the moment, a bit of phlegm and feel a bit of heaviness in my chest. Is it safe to go ahead and swim in the ocean with a wetsuit on or would this exacerbate my cold? As a side note, it is currently winter where I am from and max outside temperate is 19 degrees celcius.
