Hi There I Have A Habit Of Wearing Underwire And

Hi there
I have a habit of wearing underwire and tight fitting shirts
on our 4 day long weekend away it was hot and when we came back I noticed on my right breast there was a dark pigmentation brown patch. not itchy red or lumpy (been for a mammogram a month ago - all clear)
Been to a doctor and they said its just discoloration. We are from Indian/Pakistani background so skin can get a bit discolored)
They asked me to put Vitamin E cream.
Went to another doctor today and got a second opinion. They also said its just pigmented. I was worried it may be IBC but they said its not.
How can I get rid of it....
