Hi There, I Have A Sharp Shooting Pain On The

Hi there, I have a sharp shooting pain on the side toward the back of my head. I woke up this morning with it. The pain is only for a split second then goes away. Now and then when it happens I can feel it slightly down the side of my neck. Ive been told this could be nerves in my neck. Is very anoying as its a throb sensation.Will Neurofen take care of this pain?
