Hi There I Have Been Extremely Itchy In The Crease

Hi there I have been extremely itchy in the crease between my labia and my thigh in the groin area. There is no rash unless I scratch so much then there becomes flaky skin. I have tried creams for jockrash and cortic-do 1%cream and it helps for anow hour or so then it gets itchy again. It's literally on my pubic hair on my labia on both sides but mainly the right side it flared. I have had this itch for around 6 months. It is unbearable sometimes and makes my confidence drop dramatically. It seems if I sweat it get worse. I have stopped wearing underwear and only wear cotton clothes. I have no allergies and haven't changed my diet. Please help.
