Hi There I Have Been Given Amiltryptyline For Neuropathic Pain

Hi there I have been given amiltryptyline for neuropathic pain I can only describe as lightening bolts on the right side of my head. Chiropractor believes it's nerves in neck as does GP. I've been getting each ache, swollen gland and horrible throat feeling all on right side whilst on amiltryptyline which gets worse when I stop taking it along with upper chest discomfort. I've had chest xrays and heart scan and all was clear. Could the amiltryptyline be masking something else? I've had xrays on neck which are also clear. I suffer with axiety so I'm paranoid there could be something more sinister that's being missed or am I being paranoid?
