Hi There, I Have Been Having Numbness Down My Left

Hi there,
I have been having numbness down my left side. no weakness just a funny sensation. My face, arm and leg and if I lean against something my back too. its seems to be spreading. My vision has become blurred over the last few months. I have got MRIs which came back clear and I seen an eye specialist whom cant find anything wrong either. I got a blood test for lymes which came back negative and all my other bloods came back ok, except for my iron stores which were on the high side. the doctor does not think its MS due to clear MRI and clear eye test. What do you think? Thanks in advance.
