Hi There. I Have Been Having These Symptoms For The

Hi there.
I have been having these symptoms for the last month now.

Symptoms are:
-Dizziness
-Headache
-Hot n cold body temp
-Shaking of body here and there but mostly at night
-vomiting
-blurry vision
-loss of appetite
-weakness of body
-loss of balance here and there
-get tiered/sleepy all through out the day
-pain up my neck going towards my head when I get a headache
-Stomach pain (lower abdominal pain)

I have gotten a blood test done and a urine test but it all come good but still got these symptoms. I am currently treating a thrush and UTI infection but other than that all results show I'm fine.

I am sick of getting told there's nothing wrong but yet I keep getting these symptoms. These symptoms are not just for one day, they are an on going thing Monday-Sunday for a month now.

This morning I decided to search up these symptoms and found out they are same symptoms for a brain tumour. I was wondering is it worth seeing if I do have a brain tumour?? If not what do you think it could be??

It's desprutive to my life and work. I have lost my job because I keep being really ill and have to take days of work

Please help.
