Hi There, I Have Been Taking Sudafed For The Last

Hi there, I have been taking Sudafed for the last two days for sinus pressure. I took the last dose this morning, 120mg 12 hour, and this evening I'm coughing a lot and my upper chest area is uncomfortable. I'd like to take Nyquil before I visit my doctor tomorrow but wanted to make sure if taking this medication I won't be running any risks.
