Hi There, I Have Been To Several Doctors About This

Hi there, I have been to several doctors about this but no one has been able to help me.

I have frequently experience rashes/bumps/blisters/burns around my rectile area which can be incredibly painful. I have tried anti-ich and A&D cream but they don't quite to the trick. I am looking for a medication that well bring down the swelling and inflammation and stop bleeding.....essentially curing the issue.
