Hi There. I Have Been Very Sick Since Last Thursday

Hi there. I have been very sick since last Thursday and I went in to a doctor on Monday who diagnosed me with pneumonia and prescribed azythromiacyn. Now, 5 days of antibiotics later, I'm not doing much better. My chest is still rattling when i breathe and it's hard to breathe deeply enough to where i feel like I'm receiving enough oxygen. My chest congestion is just as bad and my cough is very loud and rough. Although it sounds "wet" when i cough, none of the mucus in my chest will budge. I can't get anything up. I did have tuberculosis when i was 4. What I'm wondering, is if there is a possibility that this pneumonia will develop back in to TB and should i go back to the doctor for a reevaluation?
