Hi There, I Have Developed Some Type Of Lump Around

Hi there, I have developed some type of lump around my anal opening. It does not feel as though its on the top of the skin but more like an internal cyst. Its painful for using the bathroom, sitting and general moving. It is flesh/slight red in colour and a bit of white. I am unsure if its a boil, cyst, or hemorroid. I'm wondering if I had gotten it from using Nair around the area and what I"m best to do.
