Hi There, I Have Had A Fever For The Last

Hi there, I have had a fever for the last three days and it has not subsided. The first day I was vomiting and had a temperature and shivering all day. The second I was just shivering and had a temperature and today is the third day. On the third day I only have start to shiver after eating and still have a temperature. I have been taking paracetamol for the last three days.
