Hi There, I Have Had Two Failed IVF Cycles And

Hi there, I have had two failed IVF cycles and at the end got my normal period after collection in November. No period in December and now I am spotting for a couple of days with some red blood but not much at all. I am 39 yo and my AMH is only 1.8. I am supposed to complete a blood test on days 2 or 3 of my period for FSH levels etc but im not sure what I have is a period at all as I always have heavy bleeding. My tummy is very bloated and has been like this for over a week now. do I just wait to see if the bleeding gets heavier or complete the blood tests? Thanks
