Hi There I Have Put 4 Stone In Weight On

Hi there I have put 4 stone in weight on the last 6 months gone from 12 stone to 16 stone I am 6 ft 3 inch tall, I stopped smocking 6 months ago so I am eating more and my voice has changed to gone deeper. I have had people say my face looks pale. But looking at me I look better for it with the weight on I don't look skiny any more. What could be the reason for my face to be pale and voice to change?
