Hi There I Have Recently Had My Home Floor Boards

I have recently had my home floor boards coated with an oil based polyurethane. It is very strong. I stayed in the house overnight and woke with a very swollen and sore gland on the left hand side under my jaw. Is it possible this was caused from fumes inhaled? Am Otherwise healthy.
