Hi There I Have Red Dry Spots On My Eyelids

Hi there I have red dry spots on my eyelids and underneath my bottom lip I know the one from the bottom lip is from biting it but the ones on my eyes I do not know what they are from or how to treat them nor my lip I tried lipbalm on my lip and it burns and I can't keep it on for a while
