Hi There, I Have Some Pain That Came Out Of

Hi there,

I have some pain that came out of nowhere. The pain feels like a bruise in between my eyebrows at the top of my nose bridge. I have no bruising. Just an internal pain. I believe it may have began when I was staring at my lap to too long with the brightness on full. Is this a headache? and are there any quick remedies?
