Hi There, I Have Trouble Hearing Out Of My Right

Hi there,

I have trouble hearing out of my right ear for a few months now...the pitch is just lower on that side. I used cuetips to clean the ear today n got a little dark hard wax out by going a little deep inside the ear.

Shortly after, I have this echo from that side... do u think I have an infection or there is a lot of wax what could be blocking my hearing n thus causing the ecko as well???
