Hi There. I Have Troubles With My Right Nostril. Its

Hi there. I have troubles with my right nostril.
Its runny and when it goes down my throat its like tasting chemicals, its painful too. It's also flurescent green. Been this way for about 3 days and isn't getting better. Please help, what should I do? Thanks
