Hi There, I Just Had Lyposcopy Surgery Yesterday And A

Hi there, I just had lyposcopy surgery yesterday and a D&C, and was wondering if it is a good idea to have a shower today with my sutures? If so, can I use soap around the incisions? Also what are some helpful tips of how to manage my pain? I was perscribed T3's with codene and also 500/20 vimovo. I already had a hard time with constipation before my surgery. and I know with taking the t3's every 4 hrs or so, is really going to constipate me even more! I already know I have to make sure I take lots of fiber and fruits and water, but that does not seem to be good enough at the best of times for me! What would be a safe and gentle laxative to take to soften the bowels as I do not want to have to endure more pain than I am already experiencing?
