Hi There, I Just Have A Question On When I

Hi there, I just have a question on when I would be able to take a pregnancy test. I am on a 28 day birth control regimen; however, I misplaced my pills and was not able to continue the regimen until 7 days later than I was supposed to. I resumed taking the pills when they were found, and I am currently on the second day of the third week in my regimen. Since this has happened, I have woken up queazy and had mild cramping in my abdominal area. I have also had some light spotting for the past three days, and I did have unprotected sex within the past few weeks. I have 5 more active pills left in this pack; however, since I am technically a week behind schedule, is this the possible reason for my bleeding, or could I be experiencing implantation bleeding?
