Hi There. I Need Help. I'm Apart Of A Play

Hi there. I need help. I'm apart of a play and I went into a room that had a dress with nice spray paint on it. I was in the room for like a 40 seconds. I had to call someone and I accidentally inhaled some fumes. When I got home I got a headache for about a few hours but now I'm fine but I'm still worried. Could u please help?
