Hi There. I Notice When I Cough Or Bend Over

Hi there. I notice when I cough or bend over there's sometimes a sharp pain behind my right eye. I do get migtaines, but this is different. My right eye is a lazy one (goes up if I don't control it or when I look to the sides) and I do have constant swollen tonsils as well as something else wrong with my throat that causes me to lose my voice (ENT thinks acid reflux, I'm not convinced) and also I get wax build up in my ears very quickly if I don't wash them. Wondering what could cause the headaches.
