Hi There, I Noticed The Other Day What I Believe

Hi there, I noticed the other day what I believe to be an in grown hair on the right upper side of my labia. It had a head so I squeezed i it and white stuff came out, Since then it has become an irritated, swollen hard lump. I squeezed it once more and clear liquid and a but of blood came out.
