Hi There, I Recently Had Surgery Which Required A Breathing

Hi there, I recently had surgery which required a breathing tube down my throat. It's now the 5th postoperative day and I'm still spitting blood. It's bright red which suggests it's oxygenated, but there isn't that much of it. Should I go to see a physician? Thanks!
