Hi there. I recently received 2 short sharp kicks to my ribs under my right arm. 3 days later now the pain has not subsided and causes very sharp pain when sneezing or coughing, also when moving in bed or trying to get out of bed. Should I seek medical help now? I hate going to the hospital only to hear there is nothing that can be done. I am an overweight but reasonably fit 58 yr old man. 5'9" 190-200 lbs
