Hi There I Slipped And Fell Down A Wharf Boat

Hi there I slipped and fell down a wharf boat ramp and I must of hit my foot , and now I've got pain on top of my foot and it's bruised and tender and I've had it for almost a year now! I went docs and they did a x-Ray but nothing appeared? I can't wear covered shoes for long cause it starts to hurt ! Any idea what's wrong with my foot ??
