Hi, There. I Started Having Abdominal Pain, Centrally Located, Starting

Hi, there. I started having abdominal pain, centrally located, starting a little bit above my navel, and going around it, and stopping a little (about an inch) below it. If I sneeze or cough, it hurts. If I lean back, or apply light pressure with my hand, it subsides a bit. It is not unbearable, but does hurt.
