Hi There, I Suffer From Severe Visceral Hyperalgesia Of The

Hi there,

I suffer from severe visceral hyperalgesia of the bowels. Doctors have put it down to chronic IBS. I am unable to work as the condition is debilitating. Is there any drug that can dull the hyper sensations to pressure and pain? I've heard that some success has been reported with serotonin 5HT3 receptor antagonists like Palonosetron, Ramosetron etc. Any adivice would be greatly appreciated.
