Hi There I Took My 6 Weeks Daughter To Gp

Hi there
I took my 6 weeks daughter to Gp because she has discharge from cradle cap so GPproscribed bactobran lotion n took sample of discharge. Report said she has moderate growth of Staphylococcus aureu. But it look good. Do i need to use antibiotics?
