Hi There. I Was Booked Off Last Week Monday Due

Hi there. I was booked off last week monday due to the flu. I stayed home for a whole week and went back to work today, cept I still don't feel better. Still sniffing, coughing so hard my jaw hurts, ear pain, headaches and really tired. Picked up a pc this morning and started sweating bullets.
