Hi There I Was On An ATV A Couple Days

I was on an ATV a couple days ago and I was thrown off of it and my right thigh got pinned under it. I ended up getting an 8 cm laceration with 14 stitches in the groin area and now I have a lump right above the stitch area. It's quite hard and I'm worried about it and have no idea how or when this will heal. Any concerns I shoukd have? Thanks.
