Hi There! I Was Playing With My Dog While I

Hi there! I was playing with my dog while I had food in my hand. She tried to jump while reaching for the food with her mouth. She did get the food but glazed near my fingernail--that area below the nail, but not on the nail itself. Attached is a picture of how it looks. The dot is a blood clot, I think. Should we go to the local doctor? The dog has an anti-rabies shot.
