Hi There , I Was Prescribed To 10mg Adderall In

Hi there , I was prescribed to 10mg adderall in NYC for almost a year and I just moved to Wa state and I'm having troubles finding a doctor and everything. The thing is that I don't have an insurance at all , but in NYC they have that program called hhc which is a low income support.
Could I get all my records transferred to a doctor online who would write me a prescription ?
