Hi There. I'd Like To Know, My Partner And I

Hi there. I'd like to know, my partner and I were unprotectively active before and during my fertile window. I did a test on Saturday and it showed negative but I thought that it could be due to the fact that it was still so early. My period is due next week but I'm already experiencing cramping, headache and loss of appetite. What are my chances of actually being pregnant?
