Hi There. I'm A 21 Year Old Female, And I'm

Hi there. I'm a 21 year old female, and I'm just wondering what could the possible reasons be for getting goosebumps on my face. I only get it when I'm cold (as opposed to when I'm scared or some other reason) but it is extremely embarrassing. I have read online that it might have something to do with weight loss / anorexia but I am 1.6m tall and 55kg (120 pounds) which is considered a healthy weight for my height.
