Hi There I'm At Present On Holiday And A Few

Hi there I'm at present on holiday and a few days ago my ears blocked...I was advised to use Otocerum but this was quite painful and made them worse...is this part of the healing process and should I carry on taking them....will my ears be ok during the flight home thanks
