Hi There. I'm Concerned At The Moment About A Few

Hi there.

I'm concerned at the moment about a few things and seeing as I'm rarely unwell or moan I'm just looking for some guidance on what to do next.

Recent urinary tract infection and have taken antibiotics with no relief of symptoms.

Symptoms: pain/discomfort in pelvic area, lower back pain, blood when urinating, frequent headache (back of head), discomfort in chest and intermittent vomiting and nausea. All approx for 5 weeks now.

Got a telephone call from clinic today to say after the dip test (which showed the UTI) they had the results from the full analysis of my urine which showed very high levels of white blood cells in urine.

I was asked if I had high blood pressure (not sure why that was relevant) I told them I had never been told I had HBP but hadn't had it checked for some time.

On way home from work bought a blood pressure monitor. As I though worth checking I suppose.

Blood pressure first time was 185/145 one hour later dropped to 165/113 and now down to 135/101 I'm having allot of hot flushes this evening and feel generally quite unwell. With being 31 I don't think I'm quite ready for hot flushes lol

Any kind of general guidance would be much appreciated.
