Hi There, I'm Currently Taken Mometasone Nasal Spray Long Term

Hi there, I'm currently taken Mometasone nasal spray long term to prevent sinus infections. I've taken a lot of antibiotics over the last 10 years for sinus infections as well. I was told I need to take a probiotic to help repair the damage from all the antibiotics.

The probiotics I bought, say not to take them if on a long term corticosteroid treatment. Why is it not safe to take both? What are my other options?
